Electricity costs with no gas supply

Good morning, I am looking for some help if possible. I live in a 2 bedroom flat on my own. I have only electricity, no gas supply therefore my heating and hot water is also electric. You rates and split is very good considering, I was expecting 80% day rate with only water running at night?
