I find the customer service on T C is better and barely use Quidco anymore after no end of failed tracks.

They declined my insurance claim saying I hadn't signed into the site despite me using a Quidco code which only showed when going through their special link which only showed when signed in!  I always take screen shots of every step now.

I have been chasing a claim for A £20 Argos bonus since my purchase via Quidco from last November, I have sent many emails chasing their mistake but 8 months later both Quidco and Argos have now wriggled out of it, I will never use Quidco again, it is not worth the grief and I am put off Argos as well! I was always told as a child "Don't make promises you can't keep" (Removed by Forum Team)

I have a tracked cashback from 2022, that isn't moving to payable. So frustrating.

MSE recommended a deal with the AA through Quidco.  I purchased a £300 plan with a promise of £120 cashback.  Quidco didn't record my cashback, despite my making the purchase via their site.  I opened a query and they said NINE MONTHS for them to make a decision. The customer service person/chat was quite rude.
