Platforms to buy Gilts Treasuries

Does anyone know which platforms allow you to invest directly in UK Gilts? I'm looking to do this in a no-CGT way, so I think a gilt tracking fund wouldn't qualify?
I think Hargreaves Lansdown offer this Gilts | Hargreaves Lansdown (hl.co.uk). However are there any other platforms that do something similar? I have existing investments with Fidelity, so that would be preferable, but my head hurts every time I try to navigate their investment finders.

Also am I correct that the interest bearing Gilts would be free from CGT, but incur income tax on the interest only, while the Treasury Strips would incur income tax on the amount of any capital gain?

Thanks in advance for any help!
