Shell Energy - 2 months On, Still No Bill
Comments
-
Shell Energy, which before generated bills 24 days after last reading, today generated a bill just 3 days after reading was submitted, essentially requesting that my household will pay two bills in one month in the middle of the winter.
And they also hiked, in January, standing charges by more than 13% for electricity and 17% for gas.......0 -
BiB is extremely surprising - can you perhaps post a link to the notification for this? (You're too new here to post a photo of whatever you have been sent by Shell notifying you of it - was it by any chance linked online anywhere though?)EvaSK_2 said:Shell Energy, which before generated bills 24 days after last reading, today generated a bill just 3 days after reading was submitted, essentially requesting that my household will pay two bills in one month in the middle of the winter.
