I know Shell are reconsidering their domestic supply business, but to go for 2 months with no bill on a monthly-billed tariff is now taking the mickey!!

Anyone else having this happening, or just me?? Bills due to be produced on 10th of month, but still nothing happening. At this rate I may have to bite the bullet and waste a couple of hours on chat to see what the reason is this time....

  • I believe others had mentioned not having seen bills for a while, too.

You almost wonder if they are trying to encourage people to jump ship to avoid having to make arrangements to pass them to a new supplier!

...and that's a f**k-ton of customers to have to find somewhere new if Shell do pull out of domestic supply.... any takers? Large underwater squid-like animal company, maybe??

Not to try and irritate you but I had a monthly bill and they recalculated my DD today. There is at least some life in there yet...
  • I've always had monthly bills on time and this month yet again they want to reduce my dd

I've had monthly bills on time in January and February, but I was surprised to receive a letter in the post advising me of a reduction in my DD.  This is the first letter I've had from Shell since switching to them in 2020.

Think I may well have to... they just generated a totally f***d-up bill using estimated readings 6-7 days after bill was due and they had readings!! They've turned into a proper poor show!!
