Selling Australian shares

Thank you. I've made enquiries and for us they are cheaper (and hopefully a helluva lot more straightforward) than going straight to MUFG. I've filled in the form to open an account with them.
Update: my first impression is that they're not very organised. I've had 2 different people contact me to ask for documents that I had already sent to Walker Crips.
They are also not transparent on costs and have not provided any written T&Cs
Further update: they advised me that the shares can be sold and deposited into my personal account, which does not appear to be legal.
Is this company legit?? How can I ensure that they are above board?
Additional update: I can see that it's not so clear cut about needing to have an executor account. Yet, I feel like it might be safest, so I'm opening one with Lloyds (free to open and no ongoing charges). That way, the money can sit in there and CGT can be paid from there before distribution (to 1 beneficiary).

Walker Crips phoned me as requested. He was unsure on various charges I asked about. I also asked whether they will collect dividends from the last few years or whether we need to do that separately. He thought we need to. Any ideas? My dad had dividend reinvest but once I notified MUFG of his passing they stopped this and asked us to let them know who to pay them to (but it wasn't straightforward so I didn't get around to doing it).

You'd need to contact the registrar for dividends received before the shares were lodged with Walker Crips.
