    Hi All,
My mother has been told by the local council she is entitled to pension credit. She gets 2 private pensions but on the online application form it doesnt ask how much she gets.
My question will they find out or do i need to ring them.?Also 2 years ago they said she was entitled and then they took it of her saying she wasn't.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thank you
The online application for Pension Credit DOES ask how much the private pensions are.  See questions 132 to 150.  The information asked for is quite comprehensive.  I don't understand how you can say it doesn't ask how much.

Because the OP had misunderstood the question about other income and didn't realised this included private pensions so answered no and therefore was not asked the questions. Now that they have corrected the answer they have now been asked the questions and has answered them.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

Online forms often skip questions if answers given indicate they are irrelevant, so you don't see them.
