    Hi
    Thnaks all

Still not bought one. I'm slow off the mark as uncertain but noted phone a few quid cheaper.

Why is the se 2020 so much cheaper?

I want fast internet contection and several apps and a few pictures and that is about it - sufing the net will be 98% of the use as we use our landline for calls.

They consider it as a budget version.
It is good enough for general use, but the screen is small by today standard.
    The software support until 2027

Edit: I am android user and I have an iphone as work phone.
I would go for Pixel 6a instead if I am in your case.

    Hi

Thanks all. Update. I have been considering pre-owned iphone 11.
However, even going for one that looks and feels brand new, I'm not sure
what problems to look out for.
I've been reading Truspiot reviews etc but a lot of them are for other cheaper phones, cables or just getting item delivered.
Is there anyone here that has boguht used iphone, had a problem and was sorted out without a problem

    Thanks
  • I bought a used 13 pro from Giffgaff a few weeks ago.  It looked as good as new.  The battery was at 88% so I returned it for a refund, no problem at all.

As long as whoever you buy it from has a decent return policy then you should have no issues if you decide you don't like the phone.
Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid

    Hi
    Many thanks, appreciated.
    Company noted 100%

Just need a few more ideas to compare for prices etc

Btw - what is an acceptable level of used iphone batter please

    :)
  • I expect to keep this phone for a few years so I wanted battery health to be over 90% ideally above 95% but was happy with the price I paid to go with 93%.

Lower than 85% I would want the price to reflect that as a new battey might be needed relatively soon.
