£200 credit on energy bill for oil users

I input two meter readings a month (electric only) , all online, billed monthly (but strangely no bills for Mid Jan to Mid Feb) , currently over £600 in credit with this oil addition but trying to reduce monthly direct debit payments going forward online are only allowing me to increase it to £140 pm! Not permitted to reduce. Await company response re request to get oil money into current account.0
