I need to get my mothers PAYE coding amended as she now qualifies for blind persons allowance. She doesn’t have a personal tax account, not meeting any of the requirements needed to register (no passport, drivers licence etc etc) so it seems the only means of contact is by ‘phone. Over on the Pensions board (in relation to making voluntary NI contributions) someone has reported that they are currently working through last Septembers postal correspondence....
