Not a claim just an on line form asking where the parcel is. So annoying as it contained things made by us for our DDs birthday. Not much £ value but worth a lot to us.0

It was Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, but reading the RM website they only seem to have claim options for domestic post, and even then only if RM were responsible for the entiure journey, i.e no other carrier was partially used in its journey. This is probably why Internationally, you can't claim because once it leaves the UK, its in the hands of "other" carriers. In my case tho, the actual International bit of the journmey was delivered in good time; the lateness stems from the fact they had it for 72 of the 88 days its been in transit.

Our parcel to Indonesia 'only' took 6 weeks (arrived today), although the tracking still says it's in MK0 -
Well I finally managed to get through on the phone and it seems the package is now in Auckland waiting customs clearance.0

Considering I refunded the buyer at the beginning of January and closed the dispute, now wondering what I should do. Obviously no idea what state its in, or whether its OK. Should I wait to see if I get a message from the buyer? Should I message him? If he decides he wants it how would he pay me? I also have had a lost item claim in with Royal Mail since the 12th of January...
