Can anyone login?
They sent me a email check your new bill, login does not work, just blanks out password on enter. Tried Chrome, IE, Avast secure and ipad. no deal.
Tried to phone twice and was in a queue for an hour each time - gave up.
To add insult the phone had a prerecorded boasting about the new website and all the things you can do on it.
I filled in a complaint form.

Apparently the site has been down for two weeks, and won't be fixed for another week or so. Brilliant. Especially since the telephone message says their new all singing and dancing website is now ready for use! But no message informs you of the current problem when you try and login. Great customer service!
My email complaint was on the 9th Feb - robot answer will be addressed as soon as possible - nothing yet!

Nope, I can't login, though to be fair I find that's normally the case every 6 months when I need to look at a bill.

Mind you they excelled themselves this time and didn't even send an email informing me about a bill, meaning the DD taken today came as a bit of a surprise.

They're probably the most incompetent bunch I've ever encountered.

This bunch of incompetent clowns need closing down and taken over by Severn Trent Water
