    Yes you can but I'd out your signature in a handwriting font. Looks better.

    Hi all,

    Just an update that I Had my mediation call today. Very pleasant lady who was understanding when my put my side.  Offered a token £20 not actually expecting them to accept it and making it clear I wouldn’t go any higher and was prepared to go to court and after a bit of back and forth they actually accepted it. Part of me thinks as they seemed to agree that pretty quickly maybe I should have held out and not offered anything but think it’s worth it in the end for the peace of mind and not to have any risk of losing in court.

    Yay, it worked again!  These low mediation settlements at a tenner or £20 count as a win because that's less than the fee they paid to raise the claim (£35) so clearly they had no intention to see this case through.
