Lcwra back pay?

So even if I got this months lcwra payment which I will shortly & I still hadn’t received my backpay before the 18th (end of ap) would I be owed another months backpay? I’m a bit confused on that there, thank you.Spoonie_Turtle said:There is no time frame for the calculation, unfortunately. Having had the decision, you should get this month's LCWRA included in your next UC payment. If not then yes it will be owed.
When they calculate the backpay, they will overwrite all the relevant statements from when it was first payable. If you want to keep a copy of the original statementsfor any reason you should do so quickly, before they are overwritten. (Without a time frame there's no way of knowing when they'll do it.)0 -
Of course not because if you receive this months LCWRA element then you wouldn't be owed it. If you receive this months then they will owe you for Nov, Dec and Jan, if they go by the fit note you sent in beginning of July.Kihazo said:

I did think that thank you, if they went off my July - Oct fit note would I just be owed 2 months pay instead of the 3 yes ?0

As I advised previously if they include the LCWRA for this months statement then you’ll be owed a further 3 months, which will be for Nov, Dec and Jan.Kihazo said:I did think that thank you, if they went off my July - Oct fit note would I just be owed 2 months pay instead of the 3 yes ?

Hi, I really need help to understand when my first LCWRA payment will be. I get paid UC on the 18th of every month. I handed my first fit note on 13th of June and was awarded LCWRA on the 1st of September. Shouldn’t I get paid the LCWRA element on the 18th October?0

Did your claim start before June this year?Nini26 said:Hi, I really need help to understand when my first LCWRA payment will be. I get paid UC on the 18th of every month. If that was the start of it, in June, and you reported your health condition at the time of claiming, then yes you should get it in October.
However if your claim was open before that, and the 13th June is when you reported it, you'll get it in November. Because your assessment period dates are 12th-11th, the 13th is partway through and the LCWRA element is payable from the fourth full assessment period after reporting, which means July/August was the first full AP. So the fourth full one would be October/November.1 -
Thank you for your reply. Very helpful. For 2 days I miss out on getting paid in October. It is what it is…0

Unless you reported your health condition within 7 days before you actually provided a fit note.
