Suzuki Baleno blocked windscreen washer filter ?

I have asked Suzuki for advice and it is way too hard to remove the water bottle - You have to dismantle half of the inner front wing - so I am leaving it to the dealership to sort !Gone are the days when a single screw was all that held the water bottle to the bulkhead !
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.0 -

Possible airlock. We used to have a Volvo that did similar; if the fluid in the bottle ran out whilst the pump was running, an airlock would develop somewhere in the pipework and new fluid, when added, would get stuck halfway up the pipes. The way of fixing it was to pull the various rubber fluid pipes off their myriad unions and junction pieces - there were loads as the thing had headlight washers too - and run the pump with the pipes 'open' until fluid squirted out. One then had to reconnect the pipes up to the next junction piece and repeat the process, until the point of reaching the washer jets themselves; after half an hour or so one would have functioning windscreen washers.MouldyOldDough said:Its fixed itself

The problem never occurred if the wash bottle was topped up prior to becoming empty, suggesting it had something to do with the pump pushing air into the system - impossible if there was still fluid in the reservoir.1
