Thank you for your advice.

Just to update.  I have received a response from ELMS Legal stating that the additional £70 charge is the cost of chasing the debt, sending out letters and traces. Also, they state that the charge for legal services has already been paid by VCS for work already done and is continuing.

The Defence was sent in using the Template Defence. I have now received a N180. Can I just check that it is NO to Small Claim Mediation, YES to small claims track.

I need advice on suitability for determination without a hearing, I know it is NO to this but it asks for a reason as to why.

LOCAL hearing venue, NO to expert evidence and 1 witness.

Is this correct?

No surprises there. VCS will continue without a solicitor representing them.

We hope you know that from reading plenty of other VCS threads.  So much easier for you to learn from what others did and then know what to expect and what VCS' template WS bundle will look like before you get it..

There does not seem to be much signage on that car park.

Do you have any receipts for purchases? 

I wonder what would happen if someone had a test drive from VW? They would technically have left the site.
