Keddy by Eupocar Nice airport help please!

Anyone had any experience of using keddy? Lots of mixed reviews.... we are looking to hire a car in nice in August. Good price via expedia, who also allows you to cancel your booking upto 6 hours before arrival. Concerned about flight cancellations, as we were bitten in October, and still trying for a hotel and flight refund! Thanks in advance
