No excess reportable income?

Most global equities ETFs have excess reportable income but the fund manager data shows there was none on either of these funds for the last 2 years.
Xtrackers MSCI World UCITS ETF 1D (EUR) (XDWL) Income
Xtrackers Stoxx Global Select Dividend 100 Swap UCITS ETF
Are the recent years probably just an exception, or is there some reason neither would have excess reportable income?

It's not unusual for an income ETF to have no excess reportable income - they've managed to distribute it all (I have one that has done so in more years than not). I'd guess the Stoxx one is an income fund too, with 'Dividend' in the name, so that could apply to both.0

Some of the Vanguard equity ETFs had no excess reportable income for some tax years. That means that they distributed all their reportable income for that year. I do not know why they do not always do that (for distributing ETFs).0

I wondered if the fact of being a Swap EFT be a factor?0
