Unknown Premium mobile charges
Hope this is correct way of getting help/advice!
My Virgin mobile was charged for 10 unknown messages that were not seen by me and was double my normal monthly bill for 2 months! Virgin didn’t refund me! But asked me to put a ‘cap’ on my mobile! Have not received the bill since the cap!

Will I be able to get refunds still? That was my Dec and Jan bills! What can I do now please?

The first thing to do is to find out who the messages were from.
The Phone Paid Services Authority can help to identify and give the next steps. https://www.psauthority.org.uk/
They are the regulator.
The sender will be asked to provide proof you requested the service . If they can't then you'll receive a refund.
You may find that once you find the details of the company that you recall what it's about0
