I've had a good old Google but am not getting anywhere. Can anyone tell me what the "cross in the box" symbols are on this floor plan, please?

Wouldn't that be closer to the sink for plumbing?

    Thanks for answering.

Do the property photos on the listing not shed any light? Would depend on being one from the right angle.

Not necessarily, the washing machine space in my house was in pretty much exactly that position, although it has subsequently been moved to be between the hob and the sink.

Still under construction so no pics yet. I'm planning on convincing the developers to make some changes but wanted to know what I'm working with. According to Google, it is a skylight, fridge, freezer, shower or dishwasher  :D

    Thanks @EssexHebridean

Maybe? This is a new build and most I've seen (here) have been a fridge-freezer combo or space to place your own freestanding one.
