How to make a serious complaint against Virgin Media?

Hi,
As per the title, recent communications from Virgin Media towards myself have reached a point where it could realistically be considered harassment and a breach of GDPR laws.
If I complain to VM directly I am not hopeful of a transparent or meaningful investigation or outcome.
What would be the best way to move such a complaint forward?
Thanks.

You need to complain to the provider and take it to deadlock, which is either after six/eight weeks or a deadlock letter is issued, whichever comes first. Then you can take it to the ombudsman:https://www.ombudsman-services.org/how-it-works/process

I made a complaint to VM regarding a GDPR breach. Resolution phone call came and basically just said they have got the persons manager to ensure they are trained again.
Didnt get an option to go to the ombusman or had any confirmation email of the complaint resolution.

Didnt get an option to go to the ombusman or had any confirmation email of the complaint resolution. You don't need their permission or letter, complain directly to the Information Commissioners Office.Of course, the end result may well be the same but at least it is then a flag lodged in the right place and not one that any organisation will want to ignore
