Wizzair - Cancelled flight but refund is less "admin fee"

Wizzair cancelled our flights to Tenerife - original cost £73.10. We were offered a "re-book" from another airport, but were unable to access the page to book from the different airport, so opted for a refund and booked through another airline.
Eventually - after 10 days, Wizzair gave a refund in Wizzcredits of £83.11, as a way of apology for cancelling, but if we want a refund back to our bank account the will only give us £68.11, as they are keeping £4.99 "admin charge",
Surely as they cancelled the flight and we were unable to access the page to re-book from another airport there should be no deduction of admin charges.
If they do this every time someones flight is cancelled then they will be making thousands a year by taking bookings, cancelling the flight and then keeping a fee for their cancellation.
Has anyone tried to fight for the £4.99 back, if so were you successful?

They're not entitled to deduct an admin charge for this, as article 8 of the UK 261 regulations requires that (if not accepting rerouting options) the customer is entitled to "reimbursement within seven days [...] of the full cost of the ticket at the price at which it was bought [...]".1

We are talking about Wizzair here. What they are allowed to do and what they actually do aren't always the same thing. Think downmarket version of Ryanair.0
