o2 mobile phone bill, please help!
Hi,
During the summer I was charged about $60 on my mobile phone bill for internet and downloads. I never use this service on my phone and so I phoned to complain. O2 said I had signed up to a text company outside of o2 and that I would not get any money back. I had been receiving texts but I just deleted them without opening them as I thought they were just junkmail. I was really annoyed as I know I didn't sign up to anything but I accepted the loss even though I couldn't really afford to. Now the same thing has happened to my husband's bill from o2. We haven't phoned o2 yet but wanted to ask for some advise before we do. I really feel like we're being conned.
Please help. Thank you.
