Thames Water FreeWater Charge on Bill

I am on a water meter and there is an estimated 'FreeWater' Charge on Thames Water bill as shown below. Anyone else seen this on their bill and know what is means?

Can you post a screenshot? It does look a bit weird, though I cannot see it on any of my bills it is also in a different format to mine as well, regardless of where I look on bills or their site. Sorry, no idea on that one other than to contact them and query it.1
