O2 switch up

I’m looking to upgrade my iPhone 13 Pro Max to an iPhone 14 pro max this week. 

I have O2 switch up and phone is in perfect condition. 

I have a few queries about a few things. 

1. Do they let you d the set up where you put the new phone next to the old phone to transfer the settings?  I’ll have a backup of the phone on my laptop so can do a full
restore at home. 

2. Mu personal number is on the sim
and my work phone is on an esim. Is it easy enough to transfer that over? 

3. How long does the process take?

You should be able to put the two phones together and copy the info over. When I did mine it took less than an hour.

If your eSim is on EE, you can move your eSim over electronically at the same time, for other networks you’ll need to contact them and request a new eSim for your new iPhone.
