Poor service from Thomas Currency Exchange

Using the MoneysavingExpert travel money maximiser tool I ordered Oman and Bahrain currency from Thomas Currency Exchange. I set out to collect it but just before I got there they called to say that despite accepting my order they didn't have either currency in stock at that branch or anywhere else in London. Quite frustrating. Just a warning to others to call to be sure they have your currency in stock before setting out to collect it.
