Severn Trent smart meters and My Smart Tracker

Severn Trent now has a place saver for the customer portal "My Smart Tracker". I can see it if I do a quick PRN SC before the page disappears. It will be good to see water consumption readings close to real-time. Has anyone been provided with this facility yet?
I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".
