    Hmm, maybe, I don't think we ever got an update on that thread about whether the poster was wondering whether they were going to unseal their loft hatch before attempting to put their house up for sale.

    Initial post was 5 February, I have an image of this sofa-bed being parked somewhere between the hallway/lounge/kitchen and everyone in the house clambering over it to get anywhere 😄
