@sheramber - as you can see below, this is the new version of the bills and payment page, but no link to order a print of the latest bill, as there was on the old system:

Thanks. I don't have the Previous Account box. I only have electricity not gas but I doubt that makes a difference. It's probably because my migration was several months before yours, so you'll probably find that box has disappeared in the near future.

I wondered if it was a timing issue @hoc - I started the migration late August, so a bit later than you. I was surprised that I had bills in the old system as late as October, as I was pretty sure I was on the new system by then, although at the point where they sent me an email to say I was all set up on the new system, I wasn't - I was straddling both for a while. Either way, it's all a bit of a shambles. My aunt's account that I'm managing is in a worse mess than mine.0

Just scan up the rest of page 2 @TimSynths and you'll see why that doesn't help the OP - the new system doesn't have that option any longer - see my screen grabs above of the new version of that page.0
