Just in the process of changing to Lyca. I received an email with the plan info but the Activation pin was missing. The order ref appeared where the pin should have been.
After much head scratching I eventually emailed them and they sent the PIN separately . Now the plan is active.

Thanks for the tip. Got two sims for family before the offer got pulled (although still works for me from this link)Just checked the emails and both fine. If the order number was where the activation pin should have been what was where the order number should have been?0
