Vodafone - £75 Gift Card Offer seemingly a lie?

We signed up to Vodafone in May last year after reading MSE on the understanding there would be a £75 gift card coming our way. Almost a year later, nothing has been received, and the gift card status just shows this:

Has anyone had any success getting this?

Have you contacted them with proof of purchase to try and get it moving?
