Santander - current account switch offer

They are presently offering a £200 carrot if you switch to one of their current accounts.
An attractive deal if you are a visiting Spain (including the Balearics) and/or the Canaries - the debit card is fee free for currency withdrawals from a Santander branded ATM.
Their Everday Current Account is the best choice - no strings attached, no minimum monthly pay in needed, nor Direct Debits required on the account.
You need 2 DDs coming from the account being switched - or added to the Everyday Account to meet the reward criteria - but these can be ditched once the £200 is credited.
It's also a decent regular account for day to day use in the UK, hence the name !!!
Health warning - don't use any other bank debit card at Santander over there - I believe they take 6 Euro per transaction.
