Thanks for this. I will delay my telephone/broadband shake-up until September then when this is rolled out fully (according to the article anyway!)Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. As stated above, the broadband connection *must* be BT Broadband (just an excuse to get people to sign up to their useless broadband service then), and anyone calling one of these phones will get charged at mobile rates, even when it's being used at home.
The words "rip" and "off" spring to mind. Nothing new there with BT then.0 -

Are you sure that this will happen.PF.0 -
99% sure, however there's a good analysis piece on The Register:

now if only BT had not floated BT Cellnet as o2 to clear its debts ( which they managed to rack back up in a failed merger with some American company ) we would all be laughing with cross network minutes and free calls to BT landlines and mobiles over broadband they would have market share like no other, long term stratagies never have been BT's strong point....
ie online billing & customer services are 2 diffrent departments with no logic between them.... was online billing not designed to make the customer care easier?
not in BT's case... glad i'm not a shareholder or a non residential customer
just moi's point of view....or is it the Jack Dans speaking???If I helped or saved you money - Thank me
If I helped you spend some money - spank me
If I done both - :lipsrseal me:eek:

You can register your interest for this service - BT Fusion on the bt.com website - don't have the link to hand. It doesn't look as good as I originally thought it might...Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
