Gareth41 said:That’s correct yes. On this occasion there is no option to sell. They said this was because of the promoters, as other tickets are listed on AXS
Would you be able to sell at a later date if all tickets have been sold?

My friend bought tickets online from AXS and somehow managed to buy one VIP ticket that we don’t need. We have been told by AXS that we cannot sell it and say it was a condition of sale. She realised her mistake within minutes of ordering but they would not refund and now say we cannot sell. It was £150!! Also on the bill was nearly £40 service charge which they tell us is charged by the venue …. In this case King Charles @ Sandringham. We thought that was very steep!!0

Update … despite no replies. After emailing AXS, the venue, Heritage Live and then the venue again we have finally got the £150 ticket refunded and the ticket agent booking fee. Never give up!!1
