Returning To Foot Locker Problem

Can anyone advise please?  I bought some boots in 2 different styles online.  2 pairs black and 2 pairs blue, because a review said they come up small.  I did need the bigger size and one style was too high in the heel.  I'm not that pleased with them because I thought they were leather and they are not!  My fault for not checking! I feel a bit mean returning all four so I am going to keep a pair, but want to return the other 3 pairs.  I know that I am responsible for the postage.  When I went to the returns instructions on the website it says I must contact them before returning and get permission.  It says they may not refund if anything is returned without permission! I am cross with myself for not checking before, but anyway I did contact them 3 days ago by email asking for instructions on how to return 3 pairs from 4.  They have not answered yet and the problem is that they say I can only get a refund to my card if they get the goods back within 14 days!  Well, if they don't answer emails that scuppers me.  They say they only give credit if within a month and only then if when they have inspected the goods and found them to be perfect. I know it has only been three days, but I am worried by their policy.  Anyone got any ideas please?

It says on their UK website that returns are free if you use a UPS label:

    https://www.footlocker.co.uk/en/right-of-withdrawal.html

Then if you click customer service - and then returns it takes you here:

    https://help.footlocker.eu/hc/en-gb/articles/360008214534

It takes you through step by step how to get your return label.

    Have you tried that?
  • Hi  Thank you.  Today I tried their online form again and they replied immediately from admin@footlocker!  I followed the link above, but it filled in the adress at CERVA and wouldn't let me change it, so I am going to return it ParcelForce 48 today because that is how they sent it to me.  Thank you for your reply, it is appreciated, sorry I didn't get back fast - I have come down with Covid :(

I personally would strongly suggest using their label with UPS. I've heard of other having issues with things not turning up when using their own courier. Using Foot Lockers label and as soon as you drop it off it becomes their issue if its lost.

Whatever address comes out on the label they provide is where they want the return to go to - as above don’t use your own courier otherwise you’ll lose out if the return is lost.
