I fully understand why people above are saying they block difficult buyers but not all buyers who raise a claim are dishonest.
I like to think that most people would have done what I did. Perhaps I overestimate peoples' honesty.
However, in this case, the buyer messaged me asking for a refund 8 days after it had been delivered. Maybe it had been delivered to a neighbour .. but 8 days .. just looks suspicious to me.
After I showed them a screen shot of the RM tracking details they somehow 'found the item'1 -
As a buyer, if it's not arrived after a long time my first action is to contact the seller and ask if there's any tracking info to help locate it. Or if there is tracking info already uploaded and the parcel is stick somewhere, I'll ask them if they're able to chase it up with the courier. I don't immediately ask for a refund, as that's a last resort if it looks like it may well be lost.0

You can always unblock buyers after blocking them. When you do, they can still contact you about the item you sold to them.I have had issues with sales but haven't blocked all those buyers. Sometimes it is down to how it all feels to you.The buyer can also setup a new account to get round you blocking them.May you find your sister soon Helli.
