UPDATE - my parking ticket has been cancelled! After sending another email insisting that they email PE and CC me into the email as proof that they’ve actually gone and done it, different NHS property manager (not the useless one from the clinic) simply emailed a PE account manager to ask to cancel the ticket and they did! So quick and simple yet so frustrating that the clinic were so incompetent… I may have sent a petty email thanking the property manager and CCing the clinic property manager in, pointing out how easy it was to resolve…

I will be keeping an eye on the consultation when it comes out. Many thanks all for your support!
    Perfect!  PLAN A STRIKES AGAIN!

Please could you post a synopsis of your success in SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCS (the first hyperlink after the Q&A in the NEWBIES thread).

It helps other new posters to see that it is never too late to get a landowner cancellation.  And it will get seen there!

Include a URL to this thread, if people want to read your story.

  • UPDATE - DCB Legal have sent a letter dated 06/02/2023, after the PCN cancellation on the 03/02/23!

I have emailed DCB Legal forwarding them the exchanges between the NHS property manager and Parkingeye account manager which show that my charge has been cancelled. Considering when the DCB Legal letter was written, I am assuming that they haven’t had the notice in time? Anyway, I ask the forum for advice again please - is there anything else I need to do?

Yes please.  Do do not disappear.

A vital Public Consultation on the level of parking charges and banning the rip-off 'fees' is coming.

I have done this, I’ll wait to see what DCB Legal, PE and the NHS say. Absolutely appalling.

    Hello

I saw your post about the Loxford Polyclinic PCN.

I am in the exact same issue.

Are you able to please help with the email you sent to Loxford along with the email address.

    It would be really helpful.

    Many thanks

The poster b06hengu has not been active on the forum since February 11 2023!  You might be able to contact them with a DM using the envelope symbol top right.  Otherwise, why not read the NEWBIE sticky if you have a question?

    Thanks

I did realised that and have sent then a PM a few days ago, alas no response.

I have read the newbies thread but struggling to find the relevant email address for Loxford.

I have managed to get the following:

    redccg.y02987discharge@nhs.net (potentially Loxford email address)

    nelftpals@nelft.nhs.uk- (NHS foundation Trust email)

    paul.calaminus@nhs.net - (CEO)

I have already email the first a few days ago with no response however. I will try and drive past Loxford Polyclinic to see if I can see the managing agents
