Unable to get sky deal which ends Feb 1st

Just wondered if anyone else has had trouble getting the fast broadband deal with money back, which brings deal down to £18? When I click on the link it says I'm eligible, but the sky site says I can only have their slower £30 a month connection....

I currently have a Vodafone broadband with 70mbps connection speed, so there should be no problem!

It's quite possible that SKY cannot get a connection at the same speed that you have with VF, especially if the cabinet is full or Openreach are transitioning to fibre and have reduced the availability of copper connections.

You could easily find than relinquishing your VF connection and transferring to SKY may give you an inferior service which you might not get back
