Charge back Issue with Newday Ltd

Hi All, 

i just need quick information. well i ordered TV from amazon and they delivered but i requested to return as it was faulty. as per their own instructions i have returned the tv and it got lost in their warehouse or transportation no idea. so i contacted amazon customer service confirmed that has been returned to warehouse but they refused to refund. so i started charge back process. i have submitted all evidence tracking information everything. they credit me and sent me an email that if vendor (amazon) don't respond back after 45 days my claim will be valid / successful. after 5 months i got an email from dispute team - Newday ltd. they responded and my credit will be reversed they took money back which they credited. i called customer service they advised me someone from their team will contact me. but still haven't heard anything from them. 

so i need advise / suggestion what i should do ? why i should pay for the item which i don't have anymore and i have returned it back. 

PLEASE HELP :(

    Was the TV 'sold and supplied' by Amazon? Or was it bought on Amazon from a third party seller?

    Who paid for/provided the return label?

    Does the tracking show that it reached its destination?

    Answer : Sold by Amazon ( not third party )

    Who paid for/provided the return label?
    amazon provided the return label. 

    Does the tracking show that it reached its destination?
    yes i have screenshots of tracking information .. 

    also their customer service on chat confirmed it has been delivered to warehouse but refused to refund.

    What reason specifically have they given for not issuing the refund if it's been confirmed as received?

    How long ago was it returned? (From what you've said - is it over 5 months?)

    Chargebacks are for all intents and purposes an extra-legal process where the banks are judge, jury and executioner. No matter the outcome of a chargeback the result is not a legally determined result and those that win cases can find law suits landing on their doorsteps days later. 

    Ultimately you can complain to the bank about their decision and hopefully they'll advise what evidence Amazon submitted to them to cause them to reject the case.

    Ok - so they gave you a timescale - what happened next? Did you then speak to them again on the 22nd August?

    firstly they said wait for 14 days then i contacted amazon after 14 days then their manager advised to wait for 30 days. i had no choice i waited for 30 days then after that they closed my account no given reason and i fought for it they re-enabled my account and again i asked for refund they completely refused to refund and said we can't locate the item and closed my case

    Do you have that in writing on their chat? Or was that a phone call?

    Was it they couldn't find your package at all - or was it they could find your package but there was no tv in it?
