Given the cost of living crisis pass it on and give the excess to a food bank.

Buy some nice goodies & put everyone who contributed's name in a hat & share out by pulling out 5 or so names & give back?

If I was paying a restaurant bill I would round it up to contribute to staff tip. If you already included a tip to the restaurant then I agree the overpayment should be donated to a charity or put towards something for work . But it is really not a lot percentage wise, so wouldn't stress about it. As you had all the admin.

I would give it to your favourite charity and email the group to tell them.

The group members have already made their decision and they decided to give the extra money to you. Therefore their involvement has finished.  Do not bother involving them any further in the discussions as you will just be wasting more time than it is worth.  Do not buy lottery tickets for the reasons mentioned by others.  Keep it or give it away.  Just make a decision and stop worrying.

If they paid it into your bank account then they rounded up on purpose - unlike cash, it's easy enough to pay in an exact amount when doing a direct transfer so they clearly intended you to have the extra money (presumably as a "thank you" for doing the organising). Do whatever you like with it. By all means give it to charity or buy treats for the office, but don't make an announcement about it - that just makes you look like a martyr.

Donate to a food bank - or put in the nearest charity shop collection tin.
We often used to put the extra into a collection tin if we had a kitty for a night out.

If you decide not to keep it Crisis at Christmas might be an alternative appropriate charity to consider.

Did you consider that it's actually cost you more money to pay this bill that the final amount charged at the restaurant? If you've kindly paid the bill on your credit card then you will be charged for the pleasure. You may want to figure how much extra this is, deduct it and then donate the excess to a charity chosen by both yourself and your colleagues.

How do you work that out?

pay off your bill in full every month and the credit is free.
Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!
