Can anyone recommend a PAYG sim for international calls that do not get zero-ed at the end of the month. Ie. I could £10 on and the balance will stay on indefinitely until all used.

RWG do a SIM for a one off £15 which gives you a small amount of inclusive UK calls text and data each month and international calls on the few I checked are 5p per minute. If it is to be believed there is no end date. (ask me again in a year, I have bought this for occasional use on a spare phone)0

Which countries?
You may be better off using VOIP for your outbound calls which would just be a low level of data use on a PAYG sim0 -

I'm currently on 1p per month for 6 months and use Lebara in a spare phone to call relatives in Australia. Call quality has been excellent.
It you need more minutes then take a look at their various monthly deals.
Just Google for the cheap offers.
