Any recommendations on a good watch tracker.
To be used for general fitness activity tracking, also would be good if it monitored sleep and other health matters.

On the cheaper end but very useable and reliable is the xiaimo range, monitors heart rate, sleep, steps and other exercise"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "3

I used several Fitbit devices for years, they are excellent for everything you described and the mobile application is excellent.Downside is I would regularly have the watch or app freeze / crash and not record. Also Fibit started to withdraw free features and move them to an added subscription plan.So 3 years ago I moved to Apple Watch and honestly would never go back to Fitbit now. They may have improved the reliability since then but the Apple Watch does so much more than just fitness it works for me.1

Before fitness watch trackers became popular and mainstream I had a few different Garmin watches. I only wore them when exercising because they were so bulky.
For the last 5 years I've had a Fitbit charge. Much smaller and more comfortable to wear day and night. Mine is probably at the end of it's life now, so interested to see what people recommend.1 -
Had Fitbit charge 2 which I liked but the screen broke. Replaced it with a Xiaomi Band 6 but I didn't really get on with the software -the Fitbit app and syncing was much better.
I've now replaced that with a Fitbit Charge 5 and I'm very happy with it. I don't even notice I'm wearing it.The paid for extra premium doesn't really seem to add anything useful so I haven't bothered with it.1 -

The cheapest Fitbit which is Inspire 2 at £49 included 12 months free premium so is a proper bargain. The battery lasts 2 weeks between charges and is very comfortable to wear. It does almost everything my Apple Watch did but much cheaper and I think better. The Fitbit app is very good on iPhone or android.1

Thanks for your comment, I viewed on utube last night different reviews on it as it was pointed out to me that it was the Good Housekeeping magazines recommendation for a cheap tracker, and their choices are generally very good.0

I have a MiBand. It monitors heart rate, steps, sleep … cost was around £15. It lasts two weeks on a charge. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?2
