Halifax OTP SMS

Hi,  Anyone else finding that Halifax isn't sending out an SMS?

I couldn't log in last night and same today 

I haven't called them yet as I don't want to spend an hour on hold and pay for the privilege.

    I don't like the cookies to be saved on my PC, so always prefer to use the SMS.

    Same here, all ok
  • Will try my Halifax online account and report back. However I am currently trying to sort my YBS and Virgin OTP issue that is the same as yours. I just dont receive a text OTP for either YBS or Virgin. Its very frustrating and after contacting both YBS & Virgin and following all their advice its still not working. YBS said ring back today and we will get a techy to look at the problem but thought I would try this forum first. Anyone got any ideas? I have hundreds of texts from YBS and Virgin but from around the 2nd week of January I am receiving no OTP texts?
    Fortunately YBS allows a call to the same mobile that works ok so I can get access but Virgin is OTP to your mobile only.
    Appreciate forum comments on what I could do to sort my OTP text to mobile (iphone 11 / SKY) issue? Thanks.

    Did you delete cookies and browsing history

    Have you tries switching your device off and back on to force a restart ?

    Yes done this and when I called both Virgin and YBS they said that OTP texts had been issued their end. Now just tried my Halifax online account and same issue , no OTP. Will try Nationwide shortly.
