Onecom stay away

Hi everyone excuse my Grammer when required not an educated man lol...

Ok seems I'm the next victim off Onecom. In 2021 I was pestered by a sales man Gareth on several occasions to move my business to Onecom, so I did all sounded good saving me £30 roughly a month 3 sims only and some data sims for the house as I lived in a rural area no broadband, deal was in the end £300 per month but they would discount this by £260 a month and after 18month he would review the contract and keep my payments at roughly the same cost ... All worked ok for a few months and then the bills climbed slowly to which I complained and was told that it was nothing to do with Onecom and that it was vodafone rising costs so I let it slide soon my monthly cost was £411 less £260 refund a month at this stage it was now £70 a moth more expensive that my original provider , my 18 months discount was up in July past and I was never contacted or informed of this and in Dec knowing money was tight I checked my statements and discovered I was paying the full £411 that was an extra £1300 I contacted Gareth who replied talk to the care team so I did and they would do nothing ..I wrote to Gareth on several occasions over a week and he always replied talk to care team, so the best they will do is £45 per month each for the 3 phone sims and they gave 4 data sims for fee at the start and I used 1 they want £15 per month for them and I told Gareth I only needed 1 he said sure the package allows 4 so to take them, so that's a total of 195 pls vat for a deal that was to cost me 40 to 60 a month and they have had £2055 in the past 5 months ..

I have now discovered a onecom Facebook page with a lot of unhappy customers

Please someone tell me I'm write to be mad and help me kind regards Michael
