    Hello.

Received a Claimant Directions Questionnaire from Gladstones.

Unsure if I should download one online and submit mine or wait for it to arrive by post.

Does it have any bearing on my case if done sooner?

    Thanks in advance

Check your status on MCOL and, if CNBC state they have sent one, then yes you can download and complete it. There have been reports on the forum from some posters that early submission of the DQ has resulted in it being "sent back" by CNBC.

Even worse though, the new online version says Mediation is compulsory.

For that reason everyone should wait for the paper version.  CNBC were still posting the old version.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
