Hello.
Received a Claimant Directions Questionnaire from Gladstones.
Unsure if I should download one online and submit mine or wait for it to arrive by post.
Does it have any bearing on my case if done sooner?
Thanks in advance0 -
Check your status on MCOL and, if CNBC state they have sent one, then yes you can download and complete it. There have been reports on the forum from some posters that early submission of the DQ has resulted in it being "sent back" by CNBC.3

For that reason everyone should wait for the paper version. CNBC were still posting the old version.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi.
I have received a Witness statement from Gladstones. My hearing date is 25th of July. Is it normal practice for the court to ask the claimant for a witness statement only? I have received no correspondence from the court while remaining resident at same address.
Regardless, I have emailed the court and also preparing my Witness Statement, to submit today via email to the court and Gladstones, to avoid breaching the 14-days.
Any help with templates to make it possible will be most appreciated!0
