With an issue date of 18th April and having filed your AoS, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 21st April to submit your defence.

You need to be aware that those Particulars of Claim are totally inadequate.

Nowhere in those Particulars is there any explanation of what the driver is alleged to have done wrong.

This will be an easy win.

Explained in the Template Defence.  You will be using the linked alternative defence there.

@Coupon-mad - Can you kindly link the "Alternate Template Defence" - I seem to be going in circles trying to find it.

    Thank you in advance.

Go to the template defence thread by coupon mad and look at the second post listing the template defence

Look at the comments made about a woeful POC where there is a link to the hharry exemplar example, that is the alternative defence to the standard defence

Thank you. I have found it now.

The template advises to restrict my account of events to the POC

As you can see, the POC are inadequate, they mention a "contract" and a PCN as breach of contract.

With the POC being quite limited, I feel all I can say is "Yes the car was there & no there was no breach of contract because I am a resident with temporary parking rights. My parking was temporary. PCM(UK) behaved vexatiously."

I need your guidance on how much detail is normally required to convince the judge.

    Thank you

Maybe a little more detail in your paragraph 5 but yes, that's the gist.
