Typo - Para 6 - Exhibit No. should be 3
Thanks for the correction.

It will be almost disappointing not to use it in anger.1 -
"I wasn't going to change the heading as its a witness statement and not a defence. If putting the same heading as the defence is the correct way then I'll change it."
Sorry not sure what the above means. I am checking that the following will be included in your WS:-
IN THE COUNTY COURT
Claim No.: xxxxxx
Between
Full name of parking firm Ltd,
(Claimant)
- and -
(Defendant)
1 -
Just add something along the lines of "Witness Statement of the Defendant" below that.1

Yes, all of the above.
Then could you please re-post your link to a final redacted version? It's worth me linking this in the NEWBIES thread as a good WS example but it does need the usual headings added.
And a costs assessment page too (search the forum).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Okay people, I've updated the WS with your kind suggestions. Let's see if this passes your eagle eyes.

Very good!
On your version, top left will say
IN THE COUNTY COURT AT XXXXXXXX
(like your costs assessment does).
Costs assessment isn't an exhibit so remove the exhibit number but do list it on your cover page.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not sure which exemplar the OP used but the two I believe used currently (_blueberry_ and vincentvega27) both have "Hidden Terms" heading and other paras not used in this WS.After para numbered 34 it continues then with another #20 sequentially.1

So the Witness statement was submitted this afternoon and a response was received from DCBL. They have informed me that they have already submitted a notice of discontinuance. They have attached a copy for my records.

I'm pleased that it's over, but it just feels a little bit of an anti climax after compiling the WS. I'm sure I'll get over it.
Thanks to all on this site who have contributed and a special thanks to the guys who consistently take time out of their lives to give advice to us all. It's so very much appreciated.
