Hi guys, it's been a while. Due to the length of time, over 6 months since the N180 went in,  i thought this one had gone away.
I've been working away from home only to come back to a Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track.  The date for the witness statement submission is the 20th Nov, which means i need to get a wiggle on creating mine. Also among the mail there was an offer to settle, which gives me hope of a discontinuance in the near future.
I've spoken to the court this morning about my availability for the next 6 months and confirmed it in an email as requested. I  asked about whether DCBL had submitted their WS but as of yet, nothing was showing on the system.

They will discontinue but you should prepare your WS, just in case. Make sure you include the CEL v Chan judgment and transcript prominently near the beginning of it.

Latest exemplar is the one mentioned in the NEWBIES thread, and it includes Chan, so nice and easy to adapt to suit your case..

11.  On the day of the alleged 'contravention' (and I still don't know what the allegation of breach is) ..

That's such a good WS bundle that it's almost disappointing that DCBLegal will discontinue next week!

Just checking  -  you will be putting the usual WS heading including name of Claimant v name of Defendant?

Typo  -  Para 6  -  Exhibit No. should be 3
