This is  E&S PARKING at Water La, Spinningfields, MCR)

The Lincoln CC Judge picked up and on and validated 4 of the defence points I made:

1 - Sign & Important Print too small (Judge appreciated the irony of needing to stop to read a No Stopping sign)

2 - No signs at point of entry to the Street to show its different status

3 - Sign is positioned on same post as a No entry sign to an adjacent street, so looks like it refers to that street

4 - I stopped in a gap in the double-yellows on the street and only for a brief 2 mins before moving on

I hope you are using your case and £170 aggressive Gladstones debt demands as evidence this month (TIME LIMITED) to answer the DLUHC's question 4 (explained here)?

Even if you never got the debt demand threats -  or threw them away - PLEASE RESPOND TO THE GOVERNMENT ANYWAY, talking about how it feels like a huge scam to be forced to court to defend an exaggerated claim for c£300 due to imaginary money being added, plus an attempt by Gladstones at 10.25% interest on top (the very top court limit is 8%).  They appear to make their sums up...

Everyone bothered by a £100 private PCN (totally unfair like yours was) and imaginary 'fees' and then a stupidly enhanced court claim, is encouraged to send the DLUHC an email attaching pictures of the letters and £170 ludicrous threats and telling them to please ban all the add-ons except capped court fees.

PLEASE HELP US GET THIS OVER THE LINE.

Evidence is key! The Government want to hear from consumers as well as PPCs and Question 4 is the one to answer, if you only do one.

This is vital.  Attach your threatogram letters and claim form (now it's all over) to your email and tell the Government about the added fake money and the 10.25% interest and say from the heart in your own words, how receiving extortionate 3 figure threats then defending a court claim feels:
