Hey! Broadband - Are they worth switching to?

So I've reached the end of the 18 month period with Plusnet and my monthly bill has gone up from £27/month to £47.50/month for ~70 Mbps download speed. With this increase, I'm shopping around for better deals.
I live in an area covered by Hey! Broadband and on the surface, they seem to offer great deals. I'm thinking of going for 400 Mbps for £35/month.
However, they have very mixed reviews online - lots of people complaining of outages, which seems to be because they're a relatively new/small company. Does anyone here have any experience with Hey!Broadband? Are they worth it or should I avoid them?
